Untuk makluman, Syarikat Konsesi Lebuhraya NNKSB dalam perancangan untuk menambah lorong SmartTAG secara berperingkat-peringkat terutamanya di Plaza Tol Bukit Raja bermula tahun 2015 sehingga pelaksanaan kutipan tol secara elektronik (ETC) sepenuhnnya pada 2017. Perancangan ini memerlukan kajian terperinci dijalankan sebelum proses kutipan tol secara elektronik dapat dilakukan sepenuhnya di semua lebuhraya bermula tahun 2017. Walaubagaimanapun, penambahan lorong SmartTAG akan dijalankan secara berperingkat demi keselesaan pengguna lebuh raya.

Please be informed that Touch 'n Go card become inactive or dormant if the card has not had any transaction or usage for a consecutive period of 12 months. Once a card is deactivated, an administration deactivation fee of RM5.30 will be imposed (inclusive of 6% GST). In the event of a deactivated card continues to remain inactive, a maintenance fee of RM5.30 will be charged and deducted from the unutilized card balance once every 6 months. A dormant card requires exceptional handling and an administrative fee is charged to cover system maintenance and in accordance with the terms and conditions. To prevent deactivation, all cardholders are advised to use or reload the card at least once a year. Users could also transfer the card to another user by notifying our Touch 'n Go Careline to update the new user information. Other than that, please be informed that pre-paid value reloaded into Touch ‘n Go card shall not expire. Customer can request for termination of the dormant card and the balance will be refunded within 30 days, whether to be credited into customers bank account or via cheque issuance.
